DIY Separation Agreement

My wife and I received our copies of our Separation Agreement and are very happy with the content which had a lot more details than we would have thought off. We understand that it is our own agreement and are not at all perturbed that it was not drawn up by solicitors. For a start €400 is far more reasonable than the €2,500 and €3,000 we were quoted and we have always been fair in our dealings. Many thanks it was important for us to get something down on paper. Thanks for the Separation Agreement. We had it witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths and it was accepted by our financial institution. We can transfer the mortgage now. Good job. Frank

Last July you prepared all the paperwork for me for a divorce application.  For various reasons I didnt act on the matter until this year - just to let you know that from the filing of the first court document to grant of divorce took 6 weeks!
